Man O To Yoga.

If you like yoga and time lapse videos then you’re likely a follower of yoga teacher Meghan Currie. Her practice is deep, awe-inspiring, strong, back-bend driven, and always has the best music. A more recent video of her’s was set to this amazing song, that I swagger-jacked [along with that phrase (swagger-jack)] for my time lapse. The music is beautiful, so you should stay for that, even if you don’t want the yoga. Even though it seems fast, it was a good day for handstand holding 🙂

A Moment Of Happiness- Rumi

A moment of happiness,
you and I sitting on the verandah,
apparently two, but one in soul, you and I.
We feel the flowing water of life here,
you and I, with the garden’s beauty
and the birds singing.
The stars will be watching us,
and we will show them
what it is to be a thin crescent moon.
You and I unselfed, will be together,
indifferent to idle speculation, you and I.
The parrots of heaven will be cracking sugar
as we laugh together, you and I.
In one form upon this earth,
and in another form in a timeless sweet land.

    • Oh, that sounds like a lot of fun. I feel that a lot yoga goes the “yoga on a horse, yoga on a paddle board, yoga on a slackline” route. These integrations are interesting ( I did SUP and it was okay but not something I’d buy a paddle board for), but I like mixing my yoga practice with other forms of more fluid body movement. I had a shoulder injury a few summers ago, and I think adding more natural body movement has definitely helped.
